To create the delicious âGuac Around the Xmas Treeâ you will need:
3 ripe medium avocados
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro
1 cup pomegranate seeds
Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
Cut avocados in half and scoop out flesh into a bowl. Add lime juice, red onion, and cilantro. Season with salt + pepper, to taste. Mash the avocado, stir in the pomegranate seeds and serve with Salsa Fresca Riceworks!
Baked Brie & Cranberry Sauce
We donât mean to be cheesy, but this recipe is too good to be true! Itâs so simple, yet sweet, which makes it the perfect snack to have in one hand and a present in the other.
For this recipe you will need:
1 wheel Brie cheese
1/2 cup Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
1/4 tsp grated fresh ginger to taste
1/4 tsp grated orange peel to taste
Preheat the oven to 350, and place the cheese on an oven-proof baking dish. In a small bowl, stir together cranberry sauce, grated ginger, and orange peel. Spoon onto the center of cheese round and mound upwards. Bake on middle rack for 15 minutes or until cheese softens. Add the finishing touch with Wild Sea Salt & Black Sesame Riceworks!

For this fun âFestive Hummus Wreathâ you will need:
1 (17-ounce) container plain hummus
1/2 cup reduced-fat, crumbled feta cheese
3/4 cup chopped Italian flat-leaf parsley
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1/16 teaspoon kosher salt
cherry tomatoes halved
1 large red pepper for bow

For this recipe you will need:
2 cups canned chickpeas drained
1 cup cranberry sauce
2 tsp tahini paste
2 garlic clove
1 1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 cup olive oil (plus extra to drizzle on top)
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until creamy and smooth. Drizzle extra EVOO on top and serve with your favorite veggies and Black Japonica Riceworks!

For this âCandy Cane Dipâ you will need:
8 oz. brick of cream cheese, softened at room temperature
7 oz. Kraft Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme
1 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
1/3 cup crushed candy cane pieces
In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, marshmallow creme, and peppermint extract. With an electric mixer, beat on low/medium speed until light and fluffy. Fold in the peppermint pieces, then cover and chill until ready to serve. Now serve with Sea Salt Riceworks and let the festivities begin!
