This award went to our Wild Black Japonica Rice Riceworks. We are very proud and happy to hear that so many consumers in Canada love our product! Black Japonica rice is created when short and medium grain rice is grown together in the same field. The result is an unmatched mildly sweet and nutty flavor that can be enjoyed on its own, or perfectly paired with hummus, cheese, or fruit. They are Gluten Free, Non-GMO, Vegan, and naturally delicious with no added sugar, cholesterol, or trans fat. See what your neighbor consumers are voting for and try them for yourself!

I grew to adore all Riceworks snacks purchased in Publix supermarket, Palm Beach Florida. And then they disappeared much to my disbelief and horror. Numerous requests to the store manager to order again were in vain. Every time I receive an email from Riceworks I’m sad. I am not a member of B.J.’s which is the only distributor you list. I am a member of Costco and they did sell the large bag for a short period of time and then they stopped. What’s the problem? Your product should be called “crackers” and I think they would sell “off the shelves”!
Note: I was disturbed with Publix’s location of the Riceworks snacks…since it was not considered a cracker they were put on the upper shelf (out of sight and easy reach) in an aisle dedicated to selling flatbreads, etc. Maybe you should call them RICEWORKS GOURMET RICE CRACKERS!
Hi Patricia. Thank you for writing to us. We have been trying to get Publix to put Riceworks back on the shelves as we have hundreds of consumers like you inquiring. Unfortunately, we have no control over what the buyer at Publix chooses to do. As it pertains to Costco, they execute “rotations” so Riceworks will go in for a 13-weeks period then get another rotation at some future time. Right now, Costco has stopped their demo program due to the Covid-19 social distancing mandates and therefore, they are not executing any new rotations. We continue to pursue grocers in the Florida market but for right now, we can only suggest Amazon. We set up a Riceworks store front to circumvent people who re-sell products at a huge mark-up. Riceworks comes in a 6-pack (5.5oz bag) case just so you know you’re buying from the legitimate store front (link below). We really want to sell Riceworks in your area and we continue to solicit retailers in Florida. Your loyalty to Riceworks is greatly appreciated.
