July is already upon us, and even if we can’t see our friends, we’re busy preparing some great recipes to make the 4th of July holiday extra special. Take a look at some of our favorite summery ideas for healthy and fresh dishes that eaters of all ages will enjoy!
Grilled Corn Salad
Delicious, colorful, and easy on the eyes – this Grilled Corn Salad is a dish you’ll want to repeat again and again. Simply wrap your corn in foil and heat it on the grill until it gets nice and charred. Then mix with chopped cherry tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, and a hearty sprinkle of feta. Don’t forget the big bowl of Sweet Chili Riceworks for a zesty crunch!
Fourth of July Grazing Boards
These boards are built to please – with a little something for everyone you’re serving. The possibilities are endless, but we chose our favorite red and blue berries, some whipped mascarpone spread, a spicy cheddar cheese, and some pesto-marinated mozzarella pearls.
