Our Process
The process for making Riceworks products starts with a selection of the finest ingredients. We mix whole grain rice, sesame seeds and other premium ingredients into dough, and then roll it into a thin sheet. That dough is then cut into individual sizes and baked in our state of the art oven before being fried in either canola, sunflower, corn or safflower oil (so they are low in saturated fat and with 0 grams of trans fat per serving; see nutritional panel for more information). The result is a perfect snack that you can enjoy for many good reasons.
Every flavor of Riceworks is gluten-free. We take extra steps to ensure that our snacks are 100% gluten-free, including manufacturing Riceworks on dedicated equipment. Learn more about how Riceworks are gluten-free or find your favorite flavor!
Our Ingredients
When it comes to making a great product, we believe it is essential to focus on great ingredients. That means we use ingredients that you know and can pronounce.
As our name states, our main focus is rice. Brown rice is whole-grain rice with the goodness left in. Whole grains contain fiber and naturally-occurring nutrients. They give you energy and satisfy your hunger long-term.
Each serving of Riceworks contains delicious whole-grain rice, at least one gram of fiber* and no cholesterol.
With no gluten or high-fructose corn syrup, and milk-free flavor options**, there is a Riceworks flavor for every taste.
